Our comfortable self-service conference room seats 8 at the anchored farm-style table. The room is 17 x 17' and is equipped with conference calling, Wi-Fi and a media display screen. There is a white-board, pull-down privacy screens, and four short stools here as well. More folding chairs and/or tables can be integrated to accommodate up to the occupancy limit of 20.
Use of this space is complementary to MBVA tenants and can be reserved by the public for $25*/hr. Please check the CALENDAR below for availability and then click the REQUEST RESERVATION link, also below, to get your next meeting scheduled.
(*A security deposit may be required depending on rental particulars)
(A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, with balance due by the booked date; There is a 3% charge for credit card payments.)
