Conference Room

Our comfortable self-service conference room seats up to 12 at the anchored farm-style table.   It is equipped with conference calling, Wi-Fi and a media display screen, a white-board, and pull-down privacy screens. It is ADA compliant with an enclosed chairlift to ensure everyone has access.

 

Use of this space is complementary to MBVA tenants and can be reserved by the public for $25*/hr. Please check the CALENDAR below for availability. Please call us directly at 541-497-7250 to secure your reservation.

(A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, with balance due by the booked date.)
