Display Opportunities

As a former J.C. Penney building we have been blessed with a giant display window that is perfect for advertising to passing traffic by foot or wheel. The window is offered to our tenants for 2 weeks each lease period free of charge, as well to local non-profit entities who are encouraged to apply to use the space in whole or part for their promotion (as available and for a period of one-three weeks typically). Any additional private or business use is based on availability, approval, and calculated charge.
