Note: To offer this great price, our room is self-service. Setup/tear-down is expected to fall within your rental time, so please plan accordingly to avoid extra charges.
Rental Requirements
The event room is open to the public to rent self-service 24/7 Monday-thru-Sunday (staffed hours currently M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. ).
Use of space requires management approval after receiving a BUILDING LIABILITY USE APPLICATION & WAIVER from potential renter.
Event insurance must be carried if serving alcohol at event - a copy as proof required.
50% of Rental Fee due at signing of rental agreement to reserve; remainder of fee is due by use date. Rental refunded only when cancelled 15 days prior to event.
A security deposit or additional fees/requirements may be determined at time of booking based on intended use.
With IT needs, we strongly encourage equipment testing/training before event, and coordination with management to ensure the best experience.
